Shareholder meeting set for Oct. 7, 2026

IX Acquisition Corp. will hold an extraordinary general meeting on Oct. 7, 2026 in New York.

Shareholders will vote on an amendment to extend the deadline to complete a business combination beyond Oct. 12, 2026. The proposal would allow monthly extensions up to a specified number of times through a date in 2027 set by the board.

Auditor ratification and possible adjournment

The agenda also includes ratification of CBIZ CPAs P.C. as independent auditor for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026.

The meeting may also vote on an adjournment to solicit additional proxies if needed to secure approvals.
