J-Star Holding outlined capital initiatives to fund a planned automated carbon-fiber drone-frame manufacturing facility in Houston, targeting high-volume production for commercial and defense UAVs.

1. Planned Houston facility

J-Star said funding is intended to cover automated equipment, site preparation, production setup and technology transfer for U.S. mass production. The company cited its Form F-3 shelf registration and proposed capital adjustments as part of preparations to finance the buildout; patent applications filed in Taiwan in early 2026 underpin planned assembly lines focused on faster composite-to-metal bonding and automated welding.
