Jacobs wins CUWCD engineering role on USD 750 million Utah Strawberry High Line water pipeline project
J•Jacobs to support Utah Strawberry High Line Improvement Project
Jacobs won an engineering-services role for Utah’s proposed Strawberry High Line Improvement Project, a water infrastructure program with an estimated USD 750 million construction value.
The project would replace the Strawberry High Line Canal with a buried, pressurized pipeline system, supported by a new pump station and related infrastructure.
The corridor would be repurposed with an integrated regional trail, aimed at improving community connectivity.
Jacobs expects to deliver design work and construction-phase support through a joint venture with Bowen Collins & Associates.
The upgraded system is intended to support water deliveries for agricultural users and growing communities, targeting a future population of about 420,000.
