Jaguar Health met post-closing conditions under its January 2026 U.S. licensing deal with Future Pak, triggering a non-dilutive USD 2 million holdback payment.
The license made Future Pak exclusive marketer for Mytesi in the U.S. and Canalevia-CA1 for chemotherapy-induced diarrhea in dogs.
Jaguar has received USD 19 million to date under the deal, including a USD 16 million upfront payment and a USD 3 million payment in March 2026.
The agreement leaves Jaguar eligible for up to USD 17 million in additional milestone payments and other future payments.
