Jaguar Uranium's subsidiary entered a non-exclusive one-year collaboration framework with Mendoza's Ministry of Energy and Environment to share technical, environmental, legal and financial support on its Argentine properties. The agreement allows for information exchange, training and joint environmental and community coordination, with an option to renew for an additional year.

1. Collaboration Agreement Details

Jaguar Uranium’s wholly owned subsidiary, 2847312 Ontario Inc., executed a non-exclusive framework collaboration agreement with Mendoza’s Ministry of Energy and Environment to formalize cooperation on the company’s provincial uranium properties.

2. Scope of Cooperation

Under the agreement, both parties will exchange structured geological, environmental, legal, engineering and financial analyses, facilitate training initiatives and coordinate environmental, social and community-related practices linked to mining activities.

3. Term and Renewal

The collaboration has an initial one-year term and can be extended for a further year by mutual consent, establishing a two-year maximum engagement period under the current framework.

4. Strategic Significance

This partnership underlines Jaguar’s commitment to responsible development, enhances regulatory and community engagement channels and lays groundwork for advancing its Argentine exploration projects.
