JAKKS Pacific posted Q2 net income attributable to common stockholders of $5.9 million, swinging from a prior-year loss; EPS was $0.49.
Net sales rose 17% year over year to $139.2 million; toys/consumer products climbed 21% to $97.5 million, and costumes increased 8% to $41.7 million.
Gross margin slipped 0.5 percentage points to 32.3%, while operating loss narrowed to $0.1 million from a prior-year loss.
