GAAP diluted EPS dropped to $0.08 from $0.15; non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA slid 18% to $40.2 million, cutting margin 4.3 percentage points to 17.2%.
Segment performance
Self-storage revenue rose 15.4% to $169.4 million, while commercial and other revenue declined 21.2% to $64.1 million.
Updated 2026 outlook
Janus cut its 2026 outlook to revenue of $925 million-$945 million, with non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA of $150 million-$170 million.
