Japan’s FSA extended Prudential of Japan’s ban on soliciting new business through Jan. 31, 2027. Gibraltar Life faces a partial suspension through the same date, limited to its Life Consultant channel.
2. Remediation plans due
Business improvement orders require Prudential Holdings of Japan, Prudential of Japan and Gibraltar to file remediation plans by the end of November 2026.
