Jasper Therapeutics announces special shareholder meeting

Jasper Therapeutics will hold a virtual special shareholder meeting on Sept. 30, 2026.

Shareholders will vote on a reverse stock split within a 1-for-15 to 1-for-35 range, with the final ratio to be set by the board.

The ballot will also consider increasing authorized common shares to 675,000,000 from 490,000,000.

The agenda also includes a possible adjournment to seek additional support for the reverse split or the authorized-share increase.
