Jasper Therapeutics completes IgA nephropathy enrollment in Phase 2 vensobafusp alfa trial
JSPR•Jasper Therapeutics enrolled 18 patients in the IgA nephropathy arm of its Phase 2 renal basket trial of vensobafusp alfa. Initial interim results are expected by year-end 2026, and first patient dosing in an accelerated expansion for focal segmental glomerulosclerosis is targeted for the first quarter of 2027.

Jasper Therapeutics completed enrollment of 18 patients with IgA nephropathy in its Phase 2 renal basket trial of vensobafusp alfa (KP104). Initial interim results assessing safety, tolerability and early efficacy are expected by year-end 2026.
2. Expansion plans
The company is targeting first patient dosing in the first quarter of 2027 for an accelerated expansion into focal segmental glomerulosclerosis.
