Jasper Therapeutics launches cash tender offer to buy back outstanding warrants for $0.324 each
JSPR•Jasper Therapeutics is offering $0.324 in cash for each outstanding warrant. If all 12,345,707 warrants are tendered, the company expects to spend about $4 million from cash on hand.
1. Tender offer details
Jasper Therapeutics launched an offer to buy any and all outstanding common stock purchase warrants issued on Sept. 18, 2025, for $0.324 each in cash. Tendered warrants will be retired and cancelled; each warrant allows its holder to buy one common share for $2.92, and untendered warrants remain outstanding until March 18, 2030. The offer is scheduled to expire Nov. 6, 2026.
