Director resignations and board appointments

JBDI Holdings on Sept. 18, 2026 accepted the resignations of independent directors Han Yee Yen and Lim Geok Peng, effective immediately.

Ming Gu joined as independent director; he has been finance manager at Saliance Global Holdings since 2021, previously a senior accountant/analyst at New West Gypsum Recycling.

Vinoth Varatharajan joined as independent director; he is founder-CEO of KT Secure, co-founder-CEO of Precogs.ai, previously worked in finance at Lycamobile Group.
