JD.com has launched JoyExpress, a dedicated European last-mile delivery network operating from over 60 warehouses across the UK, Germany, the Netherlands and France, offering same-day and next-day delivery and installation for large appliances. Initially supporting the Joybuy beta, the service underpins JD Logistics’ expansion ahead of Joybuy’s March 2026 launch.

On February 10, 2026, JD.com introduced JoyExpress, its dedicated express delivery service in Europe. The rollout covers major cities in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands and France, offering same-day and next-day parcel delivery and installation for large home appliances.

JoyExpress operates from more than 60 warehouses and depots across Europe, deploying a fleet of trucks, vans and electric bicycles. The integrated service includes branded uniforms and vehicles, underpinned by intelligent warehousing, automation technologies and data-driven operations to ensure reliable, sustainable logistics.
3. Strategic Support for Joybuy Expansion
JoyExpress will initially support Joybuy, JD.com’s new online retail business in Europe, which enters March 2026 after beta testing. The logistics network lays the foundation for Joybuy’s customer experience and positions JD Logistics for future third-party delivery partnerships across the continent.
