In the 2025 financial year, the Group delivered revenue of S$20.3 million, net income of S$3.2 million and adjusted EBITDA of S$4.7 million, marking a turnaround from prior year net income of S$0.03 million and EBITDA of S$2.2 million. Gross profit rose 12% to S$5.8 million with margin expansion to 28.5%.
2. Business Segment Growth
The sale of precision cleaning systems and other equipment generated S$12.5 million in revenue, up from S$12.0 million, while centralized dishware washing and cleaning services revenue increased to S$7.8 million from S$7.3 million, driven by higher volumes and improved pricing.
