Jean Lake Drill Program Yields 9.4 g/t Au and 600m Trend Extension
Foremost’s 2025 Jean Lake drill program yielded high-grade gold intercepts, notably 9.4 g/t Au over 2.2 m (including 27.9 g/t over 0.7 m) and 6.2 g/t Au over 2.6 m, across 15 holes totaling 2,266 metres. Mineralization now spans roughly 600 metres along the Valkyrie Trend and remains open.
1. Drill Program Summary
The 2025 diamond drill program at the 100%-owned Jean Lake property comprised 15 holes totaling 2,266 metres, targeting the Valkyrie Gold Trend near Snow Lake, Manitoba.
2. Key Assay Highlights
Final assays returned high-grade near-surface intercepts including 9.4 g/t Au over 2.2 metres (including 27.9 g/t Au over 0.7 m) in JL25-010 and 6.2 g/t Au over 2.6 metres (including 31.1 g/t Au over 0.5 m) in JL25-009.
3. Emerging Gold Corridor
Gold mineralization now extends along approximately 600 metres of strike on and adjacent to the Valkyrie Trend, characterized by broad 1–3 g/t Au envelopes hosting higher-grade zones, and remains open both along strike and at depth.
4. Planned Drilling Strategy
The company plans step-out and infill drilling to expand the gold corridor and further delineate high-grade zones, aiming to define the structural controls of the shear-hosted system.
