JEF•Platform structure and deployment plans
The platform launched in late 2024 and has been deploying balance sheet capital. Two partnership accounts are expected to close later in 2026.

European direct lending platform reaches inaugural fund close
Jefferies Credit Partners is targeting about $4 billion of European direct lending capacity through an inaugural fund close, as Jefferies Financial Group expands its private credit push in Europe.
The strategy is anchored by a first close of its European Direct Lending Fund, led by commitments from Allianz Global Investors. The fund was seeded at close through the acquisition of a diversified, recently originated portfolio of European private credit investments.
