Operating loss widened to USD 4.08 million on higher selling and marketing costs of USD 2.03 million.
Expenses and merger progress
General and administrative expense rose 51% to USD 3.26 million, reflecting talent investment, IT upgrades, board pay, legal and rent.
The merger process advanced with a USD 30.22 million advance payment to XTEND; cash ended at USD 7.97 million.
