Jin Medical names Ning Xue independent director, replacing Jiayuan Tong
ZJYL•Ning Xue appointed to fill vacancy
Ning Xue was appointed independent director effective July 14, 2026, filling the vacancy.
Xue, founder and CEO of Beijing Taijibao Technology since 2016, previously led Beijing Ronzhiyun Culture and ran Shitong United Trading.
Xue will chair the nominating and corporate governance committee, joining the audit and compensation committees.
Independent director resignation and committee change
Jin Medical International reported the resignation of independent director Jiayuan (James) Tong, effective July 9, 2026.
Tong also stepped down as chair of the nominating and corporate governance committee, citing no dispute with the company.
