• The record date is Sept. 21, 2026, New York time.
• Shareholders will vote on re-electing independent directors Gang Chu and Steven Markscheid.
• The agenda also includes ratifying PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP as auditor for fiscal 2026 and authorizing directors to set auditor pay.
• A special resolution proposes changing the English name to Jinko Holdings Limited and adopting “晶科控股有限公司” as a dual foreign name.
