Jinxin Technology names Yu Yang independent director, replacing Liwei Zhang

Yu Yang joined Jinxin Technology’s board as an independent director effective October 27, 2026, and will serve on the audit committee and corporate governance and nominating committee. Anran You succeeds Zhang as audit committee chair. Yang has been Shanghai Telecom Technology Development’s information technology director since October 2015 and has more than 20 years of technology management experience.
