J&J says IMAAVY shows sustained disease control through two years in adolescent myasthenia gravis study
JNJ•Johnson & Johnson said a Phase 2/3 adolescent extension study showed disease control and functional improvement with IMAAVY held up through two years, with some steroid reduction.
1. Long-term study findings
Johnson & Johnson announced long-term IMAAVY data for generalized myasthenia gravis, scheduled for presentation at AANEM 2026. In a retrospective survey of adults who switched treatments, inconsistent symptom control was the top reason for stopping prior advanced therapy; clinicians reported most patients improved after moving to IMAAVY, with many also reducing prednisone use.
