JLL advised Urban Partners on the sale of a DSV-anchored logistics portfolio in Finland to Logian.
The portfolio totals 80,500 sq m across three freehold assets in the Helsinki area, Turku, and Tampere.
The properties form a core part of DSV’s Finnish distribution network, including its main terminal and headquarters site near Helsinki.
