Jones Lang LaSalle appointed Paul Morgan as chief operating officer, effective immediately.
Morgan joins the Global Executive Board, reporting to CEO Christian Ulbrich.
The role centralizes enterprise-wide operations into a single global function to support the Accelerate 2030 strategy.
Morgan was previously COO of Real Estate Management Services at JLL, where he led building lifecycle solutions for clients.
He also previously led Workplace Management globally, overseeing 53,000 staff in 80 countries delivering facilities management services.
