JLL arranged a $50 million forward sale with construction financing for Holder Properties’ Winder Commerce Center industrial development in Winder, Georgia. An institutional pension fund is the buyer, United Community Bank provided the construction loan, and Marble Capital arranged preferred equity.
2. Project details
The two-building Class A project will total 321,300 square feet on a 36.5-acre site in Barrow County. Delivery is expected in 2027.
