JLL•JLL Capital Markets completed the sale of the 341-unit Solaris House Apartments in North Austin to Weidner Apartment Homes from Brandywine Realty Trust. The transaction included acquisition financing through Nationwide, and adds to Weidner’s Austin-area portfolio of 1,560 units.

JLL Capital Markets completed the sale of Solaris House Apartments in North Austin’s Domain submarket to Weidner Apartment Homes from Brandywine Realty Trust. The transaction included acquisition financing through Nationwide, arranged by JLL’s Debt Advisory team. Completed in 2024, the 341-unit, 13-story property is within the 66-acre Uptown ATX mixed-use development; it is Weidner’s fifth Austin-area community.
