JLL arranged the sale and financing of 270 Hennepin, a 346-unit apartment community in Minneapolis. Roundhouse purchased the property from a partnership between Diamond Realty Investments and Harlem Irving Companies, with Freddie Mac providing a seven-year acquisition loan. Completed in 2021, the 21-story tower is 95% leased and spans 271,115 rentable square feet.
