Sale of Tampa Bay industrial park completed

JLL arranged the sale of Manatee County Logistics Center, a 375,801-square-foot two-building light industrial park in the Tampa Bay area, to AEW Capital Management for a separate account.

The seller was a partnership between Imminent Ventures | Development and Barron Collier Companies.

Property was recently delivered and remains partially leased

The asset was delivered in 2024 and is currently 75% leased. About 95,271 square feet remains available for lease-up.
