JLL brokered the $79 million sale of Avenue & Green, a 232-unit luxury apartment property in Woodbridge, New Jersey.

1. Property sale

Prism Capital Partners and Northwestern Mutual sold the property to Pantzer, which renamed it The Point Woodbridge. Completed in 2021, the community includes 10,000 square feet of fully leased retail space.

2. Pantzer acquisition

The purchase was Pantzer’s second tri-state acquisition of 2026, following its July closing of The Point Stamford.
