JLL brokers sale of Orlando Silver Star Commerce Center to Speed Bay Warehouse Solutions

JLL brokered the sale of Silver Star Commerce Center, a 254,915-sq-ft, eight-building industrial park in Orlando, Florida.

Speed Bay Warehouse Solutions acquired the property from Long Wharf Capital and Denholtz.

The asset sits on 19.48 acres in northwest Orange County, with suite sizes from 2,400 to 32,000 sq ft.

Sellers completed nearly $1.5 million of capital improvements over the past three years.
