JLL closed the USD 435 million sale of One Marina Park Drive, a 494,938-square-foot office tower in Boston’s Seaport.
Clarion Partners sold the 18-story property to Oxford Properties in one of 2026’s largest Boston office trades.
The deal marked the largest pure-play office sale in Boston in five years, signaling renewed institutional demand for trophy assets.
The building is 99% leased, delivered in 2010, holds LEED Gold certification, and includes 375 parking spaces.
