JLL arranges sale of White Plains retail property

JLL arranged the USD 50 million sale of City Center, a 361,948-square-foot retail property in downtown White Plains, New York.
Kite Realty Group Trust sold the ShopRite-anchored center to PropUp Group.
Acquisition financing totaled USD 39.2 million from a regional bank.
The property was 91.5% occupied. The buyer targets leasing upside from 30,650 square feet of vacant space.
