2. Directors’ backgrounds
Al-Amudi previously served as CEO of Olayan Financing Company and Saudi Arabia's minister of transport. Townes-Whitley most recently served as CEO of Science Applications International Corp. and earlier held senior leadership roles at Microsoft.
