Jones Lang LaSalle posted Q2 2026 diluted EPS of USD 4.59, more than doubled from a year earlier; revenue rose 11% to USD 6.9 billion.
Net income attributable to common shareholders climbed 92% to USD 215.6 million, reflecting stronger operating performance across the platform.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA increased 32% to USD 386.3 million; non-GAAP adjusted diluted EPS rose 59% to USD 5.26.
Segment performance and capital return
Leasing Advisory revenue grew 24% to USD 836.9 million; Capital Markets Services revenue increased 19% to USD 620.2 million.
Repurchased USD 110 million of shares in the quarter; raised full-year adjusted EPS target range on year-to-date momentum.
