JLL completed the sale of the Union Cross Industrial Portfolio, two single-tenant logistics facilities totaling 340,000 square feet in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Westcore sold the assets to LBA Logistics; the portfolio is 100% leased to two tenants.
The properties are Class A distribution buildings built in 2018-2019 in the Southeast Forsyth County submarket.
