Douglas Guilherme named senior vice president of operations and supply chain
The J.M. Smucker Co. elected Douglas Guilherme as senior vice president, operations and supply chain, effective July 29.
Guilherme will report to Rob Ferguson, chief product supply officer and executive vice president, Coffee, Pet, and Away From Home.
He most recently served as senior vice president, global supply chain at Hershey, leading manufacturing, engineering, planning, logistics, and digital transformation.
Earlier roles included leadership posts at Procter & Gamble, with global senior vice president of supply chain duties at Ecolab.
