Johnson Controls names Katie Rowen chief legal officer
JCI•Johnson Controls appointed Katie Rowen executive vice president and chief legal officer. Shauna Latshaw was named vice president and chief information officer.
1. Leadership appointments
Rowen joins Johnson Controls from Vontier, where she was chief transformation and operations officer. Latshaw joins from Caterpillar and brings more than 25 years of technology leadership experience; she will oversee enterprise AI, data technology and cybersecurity. Both appointees report to CEO Joakim Weidemanis.
