Johnson Outdoors FY26 Q3 net income rises to USD 14.95 million; net sales increase 5% to USD 189.7 million

Johnson Outdoors fiscal Q3 net sales rose 5% to USD 189.7 million; net income climbed to USD 14.9 million, or USD 1.42 a share.
Operating income increased to USD 18.3 million; gross margin widened 7.7 percentage points to 45.3% on about USD 15 million of tariff refunds.
Segment and year-to-date performance
Fishing net sales increased 7% to USD 150 million; Diving rose 10% to USD 23.3 million, while Camping & Watercraft Recreation dropped 13% to USD 16.4 million.
Year-to-date net sales rose 15% to USD 525.1 million; net income turned to profit of USD 21.1 million, or USD 2 a share.
Helen Johnson-Leipold cited solid results despite uncertain macro conditions; CFO Asad Rahman said tariff policy changes keep the cost outlook cautious.
