JOYY Q2 FY26 net income from continuing operations falls 14.81% to US$51.8 million; net revenues rise 16.3% to US$590.8 million

JOYY posted Q2 2026 net revenues of US$590.8 million, up 16.3% year over year and up 6.3% sequentially.
Operating income more than doubled to US$13.8 million from a year earlier, while net income from continuing operations attributable to controlling interest fell 14.8% to US$51.8 million.
Business segment performance and outlook
Social Entertainment revenue rose 7.4% to US$422.7 million; core live-streaming paying users increased 3.9% to 1.56 million.
BIGO Ads net revenues jumped 53.1% to US$133.7 million, with BIGO Audience Network revenue up 74.1%.
For Q3, JOYY forecasts net revenues of US$602 million to US$622 million and expects full-year 2026 non-GAAP operating income to be up about 20% year over year.
