Jumia signed agreements for a US$50 million equity raise via 9,057,968 new ADSs priced at US$5.52 each.
- IFC will invest about US$25 million to subscribe for 9,057,970 new ordinary shares delivered as 4,528,985 ADSs.
- Axian and other investors will buy 4,528,983 new ADSs for about US$25 million; some received registration rights.
- Closing is expected in the second half of August 2026, subject to customary conditions.
- Proceeds are earmarked to fund growth, improve efficiency, strengthen the marketplace, and boost the logistics network across core African markets.
