Juniper Investment Company reports Orthofix Medical share transactions
Juniper Investment Company, a 10% owner of Orthofix Medical, reported buying 39,500 common shares on Aug. 14-17.
Purchases were priced at about $10.38 per share for 19,500 shares, about $10.01 per share for 20,000 shares.
Juniper Multi-Strategy Fund’s stake rose to 84,926 shares following the transactions.
Juniper also reported indirect holdings of 935,901 shares via Juniper Targeted Opportunities, 3.46 million shares via Juniper Targeted Opportunity Fund.
