Kaanapali Land Q2 FY26 net loss widens to $557,000; revenue rises to $620,000

Kaanapali Land posted a net loss of $557,000 in the quarter ended June 30, 2026, versus a net loss of $338,000 a year earlier.
Revenue rose to $620,000 from $376,000, while operating loss widened to $1.42 million from $1.14 million.
First-half performance and cash
First-half net income swung to $12.75 million from a net loss of $1.51 million, as revenue climbed to $21 million from $816,000.
Gains included $19.9 million of real estate sales, $4.04 million of wildfire-related insurance proceeds, and $1.37 million of crop insurance proceeds.
Cash and cash equivalents increased to $37.96 million at June 30, 2026 from $15.79 million at Dec. 31, 2025.
