Kailera Therapeutics completes enrollment in Phase 3 trials of obesity drug ribupatide
KLRA•Kailera Therapeutics completed enrollment in its global Phase 3 KaiNETIC program testing once-weekly ribupatide injection. The three trials enrolled about 4,900 adults, with topline data expected in mid-2028.

The KaiNETIC program enrolled about 4,900 adults across more than 200 sites in 11 countries. The trials aim to assess whether ribupatide can drive meaningful weight loss, including in people with severe obesity; one trial benchmarks the drug against semaglutide.
