Kairos Pharma will present interim ENV-105 efficacy results at the 11th International Conference on Cancer Research & Drug Development in Houston. The Phase 2 trial showed ENV-105 with apalutamide significantly delayed disease progression versus apalutamide alone; median progression-free survival was 17.7 months. The trial will focus on first-line therapy following enzalutamide, with enrollment expanding to assess treatment resistance.
