Kalaris Appoints Biotech Leader Laurie Keating to Board Effective August 1
KLRS•Kalaris appointed biotechnology executive Laurie Keating to its Board of Directors effective August 1, 2026, replacing Morana Jovan-Embiricos. Keating brings strategic, operational and legal leadership from roles at PepGen, Immuneering, Alnylam and Millennium to support Kalaris’s growth and TH103 retinal therapy development.

Morana Jovan-Embiricos is stepping down after a year, having contributed to the development of TH103 and Kalaris’s evolution as a public biotech company.
3. Keating’s Background
Keating has served as Chair of PepGen, board member at Immuneering, Executive VP and General Counsel at Alnylam, and SVP and General Counsel at Millennium, overseeing legal, IP, compliance and strategic collaborations.
