Income from operations rose 41.8% to RMB623.6 million (US$90.4 million), adjusted operating income increased 17.8% to RMB814.6 million (US$118.1 million), and net income surged 119.8% to RMB1,125.8 million (US$163.2 million).

2. User Growth and AI Initiatives

Average monthly active users reached 60.9 million in Q1, a 5.7% increase, while total paid enterprise customers climbed 10.9% to 7.1 million. The company highlighted its open-sourced Nanbeige 4.1-3B AI model ranking jointly No.1 among sub-4B parameter models in global AI evaluations and ongoing integration of AI assistants for both job seekers and enterprise users.

3. Share Repurchase and Margin Improvements

Operating leverage drove record-high profit margins, supported by a 3.0% reduction in total operating costs to RMB1,446.3 million (US$209.7 million). Kanzhun repurchased over 28 million ordinary shares for approximately RMB1.4 billion year-to-date, representing about 3% of outstanding shares and reflecting confidence in long-term value and shareholder returns.
