Karbon-X signs LOI with Core Energy to explore commercial EV fast-charging project in South America

Karbon-X signed a non-binding LOI with Core Energy to explore commercial EV fast-charging infrastructure in South America.

Initial work targets a concept note covering the infrastructure model, technical feasibility, commercial terms, environmental impact and carbon-credit potential.

Core Energy will lead local development, while Karbon-X will provide technical evaluation support, climate project structuring and carbon market expertise.

Project progression depends on exploratory results, and any development or commercialization would require a separate definitive agreement.
