Revenue was $182 million; adjusted EBITDA was $55 million; backlog was $1.3 billion; bookings were nearly $500 million, driven by a large Space and Launch LTA.
The company raised its FY2026 outlook to revenue of $730 million-$745 million and adjusted EBITDA of $215 million-$222.5 million, and reaffirmed 25%+ organic growth.
The Space and Launch LTA was valued just below $250 million and has a 5-year term; revenue is expected to begin “feathering in” during the second half.
The Walker Precision Engineering deal is set at GBP 70 million and closing is targeted by year-end; free cash flow is forecast at $15 million-$20 million in H2.
