Karman Q2 FY26 net income more than doubles to $14.03 million; revenue climbs 58.2% to $182.06 million

Q2 results show sharp growth in revenue and profit
Karman Holdings posted Q2 FY2026 net income of $14.03 million, up 106.1% year over year; diluted EPS rose to $0.11.
Revenue climbed 58.2% from a year earlier to $182.06 million. Quarterly bookings totaled nearly $500 million.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA increased 54.7% year over year to $54.58 million. Backlog ended the quarter at a record $1.3 billion, up 65% since FY2025.
