Karman Space & Defense agrees to buy Walker Precision Engineering for USD 94 million

Karman Holdings agreed to acquire Glasgow-based Walker Precision Engineering for about USD 94 million, or GBP 70 million.

• The deal adds an initial European manufacturing footprint, extending Karman’s network beyond its 17 US sites.
• Walker supplies components for missile seekers, guidance, and control systems across more than 25 EU tactical missile and defense programs.
• Closing is targeted for the third quarter of fiscal 2026, subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
• Karman expects the acquisition to be immediately accretive to revenue, backlog, adjusted EBITDA, adjusted EPS, and cash flow.
