Karman ups term loans by $100 million under Sixth Amendment to Citi-led credit agreement

Karman entered a sixth amendment to its credit agreement on Aug. 26, 2026 with Citibank as administrative agent.
The amendment increased term loans by $100 million to a total original principal amount of $863.96 million.
Proceeds are earmarked to fund the Walker Precision Engineering transaction. Funds will also cover fees, commissions and expenses tied to the amendment.
